[Blog](https://blog.lloretdemar.org/?hsLang=ca-es) [Home](https://blog.lloretdemar.org/?hsLang=ca-es) [Blog](https://blog.lloretdemar.org/ca) Alta gastronomia a Lloret de Mar, els Restaurants Sant Pere del Bosc i el Freu en el quadre d'honor de la guia Gourmand # Alta gastronomia a Lloret de Mar, els Restaurants Sant Pere del Bosc i el Freu en el quadre d'honor de la guia Gourmand No és novetat que [Lloret](http://www.lloretdemar.org/info/?lang=2) i la seva gastronomia estiguin presents en la [guia Gourmand](http://www.guiagourmand.com/), però aquest cop **mereixen menció especial els restaurants [Sant Pere del Bosc](http://www.santperedelbosc.com/) i [el Freu](http://www.freurestaurant.com/cast/index.htm), ja que han estat incorporats en el quadre d'honor d'aquesta prestigiosa guia, aquest quadre anomena als 80 millors restaurants per puntuació dels crítics.** Així doncs, s'ha afegit en el quadre d'honor l’emblemàtic **[Restaurant Sant Pere del Bosc](http://www.santperedelbosc.com/)** ubicat en el paratge amb el mateix nom, on des de l’estiu 2011 també es pot trobar el **[Hotel & Spa Sant Pere del Bosc](http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cBnZ_CbvJck&feature=related)**, un paratge incomparable per passar una estada en la màxima tranquil·litat envoltat de natura i magnífiques vistes en un edifici modernista que fou antic convent benedictí. L’altre restaurant també afegit en el quadre d'honor és el [**restaurant Freu,**](http://www.freurestaurant.com/) ubicat dins del **[Gran Hotel Monterrey 5\*](http://www.guitarthotels.com/hotel.php?idm=2&ch=9)**, annexat, també, al [**Gran Casino Costa Brava**](http://www.gccb.com/), constituït així un gran complex lúdic al centre de Lloret de Mar. Els restaurants son puntuats sobre 10, després de fer la corresponent visita, tenint en compte les qualificacions i puntuacions que els atorguen les guies més prestigioses existents, així com, també, les opinions dels lectors. El criteri fonamental de la valoració establerta en aquesta edició de la guia és el següent: cuina màxim 6 punts, celler màxim 1 punt, decoració, marc, servei i detalls, màxim 3 punts. La màxima puntuació, doncs, és de 10 punts. La guia només inclou els que assoleixen 5 punts o més. Altres[restaurants de Lloret de Mar](http://www.lloretdemar.org/info/gastronomia.jsp) ja estan inclosos en aquesta guia d’edicions anteriors com el [restaurant Trull](http://www.eltrull.com/)(ubicat a [Cala Canyelles](http://www.lloretdemar.org/info/platja-Canyelles.jsp)), i el [restaurant Santa Marta](http://www.hotelsantamarta.net/seccion/4/es/) (ubicat dintre de l[’Hotel Santa Marta,](http://www.hotelsantamarta.net/) a la [pltaja de Santa Cristina](http://www.lloretdemar.org/info/platja-de-Santa-Cristina.jsp)).
