# Gaudeix del ciclisme al Lloret Cycling Weekend!

Els dies 27, 28 i 29 d’abril s’organitza el [Lloret Cycling Weekend](http://www.lloretcycling.com/ca/lloret-cycling-weekend), un cap de setmana pensat per a apassionats del món del ciclisme, amb la participació d’exciclistes d’alt nivell com Miguel Indurain o grans professionals del món de l’esport com Nani Roma i molts altres.

Tres dies a [Lloret](http://lloretdemar.org/ca/) per participar en activitats d’alt nivell esportiu.

El divendres a banda de la benvinguda oficial, es farà sopar i taula rodona amb Miguel Indurain sobre “Psicologia de l’esport. Com assolir l’objectiu Gran Fondo?”

Dissabte s’ha programat l’activitat *Ride With Friends*, on es realitzarà una sessió d’escalfament amb la preparadora física Isabel del Barrio i després s’iniciarà una sortida amb bici per reconèixer el terreny de la cursa Gran Fondo de diumenge. A la tarda i després de dinar, diverses sessions específiques de ciclisme i d’esport en general amb ponents com el Dr. Piero Galilea, metge del departament de fisiologia del CAR de Sant Cugat, Saioa Segura dietista nutricionista al CAR i la mateixa Isabel del Barrio.

Diumenge, després d’esmorzar, serà hora de posar en practica tots els coneixements assolits, a gaudir de la [Gran Fondo Lloret Costa Brava](https://granfondolloretcostabrava.com/)!
