[Blog](https://blog.lloretdemar.org/?hsLang=ca-es) [Home](https://blog.lloretdemar.org/?hsLang=ca-es) [Blog](https://blog.lloretdemar.org/ca) La recepta del Daiquiri # La recepta del Daiquiri Us facilitem la recepta original del Daiquiri i la recepta del Daiquiri Floridita La següent és la fórmula tradicional: **DAIQUIRÍ – RECEPTA ORIGINAL** 42 ml de rom blanc 7 ml de suc de llima 1 culleradeta de sucre En coctelera amb glaçons de gel. **EL “DAIQUIRÍ FLORIDITA”** o DAIQUIRÍ FRAPPÉ (segons la recepta original de Constante, que ens ha fet arribar el seu fill, Jorge Ribalaigua) INGREDIENTS 2 Onzas de Bacardi blanc (3 cl.) 1 culleradeta de sucre 1 culleradeta de suc de toronja (pomelo) 1 culleradeta de licor Marraschino El suc de ½ llimona verda (si no se’n té, abans millor posar llimona que llima) Gel frappé A la batedora i servir-lo frappé. ELABORACIÓ 1è) Posar els ingredients a la batedora 2n) S’afegeix 2 palades de gel picat a la batedora, que es posa 10 segons a tope fins que queda el gel molt fi, com un sorbet. 3r) Un cop a la copa (copa Martini), el licor Marraschino es posa al damunt del gel, i es decora amb una fulla de menta i una palleta. - Les variants amb fruita, segueixen les mateixes quantitats, afegint-hi trossets de maduixa, préssec de vinya, plàtan, pinya, cireres, mango, etc. No massa quantitat de fruita, perquè si no, el còctel resulta massa dolç.
