Les sortides de [**Nordic Walking**](http://lloretdemar.org/ca/agenda/nordic-walking)! ### Per tots aquells que no coneixeu aquesta manera de fer salut, us direm que es tracta de sortir a caminar amb l’ajuda d’uns bastons. D’aquesta manera aconseguim alleugerir els genolls del pes del nostre cos i enfortir altres músculs, sobretot de l’esquena. És tant senzill com això, però en realitat la marxa nòrdica requereix una tècnica que es va aprenent sortida rere sortida. Vosaltres la podreu aprendre amb l’ajuda del monitor de l’activitat. ### Les sortides es fan cada **dimecres i dissabte de l’11 de maig al 18 de juny i del 7 de setembre al 15 d’octubre de deu a dotze del matí**. Tenen un **preu popular de 2 €** i inclouen l’ús d’un parell de bastons i una ruta per descobrir el patrimoni de **Lloret**. En total hi ha tres rutes: camí de ronda nord, camí de ronda sud i boscos de **Lloret**.
