Sota el títol “Summer Diaries” la minisèrie explica les vacances de diferents personatges alemanys i recrearà històries al voltant de les seves vivències i experiències. El primer amor, vacances d’un grup d’amics, una família o una parella de viatge de nuvis són algunes de les històries que tindran lloc a la vila de la [Lloret de Mar.](http://www.lloretdemar.org/info/) Entre les localitzacions gravades hi ha els [Jardins de Santa Clotilde](http://www.lloretdemar.org/info/Jardins-de-Santa-Clotilde.jsp), el Port de Canyelles, l’[Ermita de Santa Cristina,](http://www.lloretdemar.org/info/redirectorPagina.jsp?telem=1&elem=397%E2%8C%A9=1) la[zona comercial](http://www.lloretdemar.org/info/compres.jsp), el Gran Casino Costa Brava, i un ampli ventall d’[activitats aquàtiques,](http://www.lloretdemar.org/info/activitats-aquatiques.jsp) [esportives](http://www.lloretdemar.org/info/redirectorPagina.jsp?elem=337&telem=1), culturals, [gastronòmiques](http://www.lloretdemar.org/info/gastronomia.jsp)i [d’oci nocturn.](http://www.lloretdemar.org/info/oci-nocturn.jsp) Qui no recorda l’anunci del Seat Ibiza on sortia la Shakira? Doncs és va rodar a [Lloret de Mar](http://www.lloretdemar.org/info/). La vila és especialment atractiva pel escenari natural que ofereixen les seves platges; l’any 2004 es varen rodar les escenes finals de la pel·lícula Sàhara amb Penélope Cruz i Matthew McConaughey i any rere són nombrosos els rodatges d’espots publicitaris, el més recent l’anunci del producte Activia de la marca Danone.
