[Agenda](https://lloretdemar.org/es/agenda/) - [Blog](https://blog.lloretdemar.org/?hsLang=es) [Home](https://blog.lloretdemar.org/?hsLang=es) [Blog](https://blog.lloretdemar.org/es) Feria de los Americanos # Feria de los Americanos [![](https://blog.lloretdemar.org/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/Firaindians.jpg?width=600&height=450&name=Firaindians.jpg "Fira de los Americanos en Lloret de Mar")](https://blog.lloretdemar.org/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/Firaindians.jpg?hsLang=es) Hubo una época en que en nuestras playas se construían grandes barcos, las mujeres se acercaban al mar para mirar al horizonte y el municipio se llenaba de especies exóticas, una vegetación nunca vista y muchas aventuras y desventuras vividas en ultramar. **[Lloret de Mar](http://www.lloretdemar.org/info/?lang=2)** esta impregnada de la historia y del **[legado de los americanos](http://www.lloretdemar.org/info/redirectorPagina.jsp?telem=1&elem=234&lang=2)**, hombres que se enriquecieron haciendo las Américas y que en el municipio se conocían como americanos. **Los próximos 18 y 19 de junio Lloret de Mar retrocederá en el tiempo y mostrará toda una serie de [actividades](http://www.lloretdemar.org/info/redirectorPagina.jsp?telem=1&elem=647&lang=2) que nos trasladarán  a un pasado indiano** donde el olor a ron “cremat”, el canto de habaneras y el ambiente marinero impregnarán las calles de Lloret. No os perdáis las visitas teatralizadas para toda la familia. De la mano de actores vestidos de época, conoceremos historias de personajes lloretenses como Josep Ballatinas que, con sólo 16 años, se embarco hacia las Américas, o las vivencias de **[Liberada](http://www.lloretdemar.org/info/redirectorPagina.jsp?telem=1&elem=511&lang=2)**, una mujer adinerada que se hizo famosa en la prensa de la época por sus líos de herencias. Descubre los secretos del daiquiri y participa en el **[concurso](http://www.lloretdemar.org/info/event-agenda.jsp?elem=4306&telem=4)** que recupera la receta original de Constantí Ribalaigua, lloretense que hizo famoso éste coctel en el reconocido establecimiento Floridita de la Habana. Además, podrás pasear por el **[mercado indiano](http://www.lloretdemar.org/info/redirectorPagina.jsp?telem=1&elem=647&lang=2)**, que estará instalado en el Paseo Jacint Verdaguer y en la Plaza del Ayuntamiento. Habrá también una demostración de oficios, una exposición de productor de ultramar y espectáculos teatrales y musicales.
