[Agenda](https://lloretdemar.org/es/agenda/) - [Blog](https://blog.lloretdemar.org/?hsLang=es) [Home](https://blog.lloretdemar.org/?hsLang=es) [Blog](https://blog.lloretdemar.org/es) Jornadas Gastronómicas de la Cuina del Peix de l'Art # Jornadas Gastronómicas de la Cuina del Peix de l'Art [![](https://blog.lloretdemar.org/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/Cuina-de-lArt.jpg?width=552&height=405&name=Cuina-de-lArt.jpg "Cuina de l'Art")](https://blog.lloretdemar.org/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/Cuina-de-lArt.jpg?hsLang=es)Este mes, como cada año por estas fechas, en [**Lloret de Mar**](http://lloretdemar.org/es/) tendremos la gastronomía como evento central. **El 1 de octubre se da el pistoletazo de salida a las Jornadas Gastronómicas de la Cuina de Peix de l’Art y, hasta el próximo 31 de octubre, los más de 25 restaurantes y hoteles participantes nos sorprenderán con unas propuestas de menú que tienen como principales ingredientes el pescado y el marisco** con el acompañamiento de otros ingredientes de nuestra tierra que hacen única y especialmente apreciada nuestra cocina en el mundo. **La gran diversidad de opciones de restauración que ofrece Lloret de Mar hace posible que queden cubiertas las expectativas de la gran mayoría de paladares; ya sea escogiendo la cocina tradicional o decantándose por una más creativa o de autor.** El secreto del éxito de estas jornadas es la calidad de los productos que integran los menús y el trato exquisito que se dispensa desde los servicios de restauración de estos establecimientos. **Gastronomía y tradición se unen en estas jornadas gastronómicas** que, a través de la cocina del pescado y el marisco, recuerdan un antiguo sistema de pesca conocido como "tirada de l’art". Y ya que hablamos de pescado, marisco, mar y costa, **sugerimos una propuesta para acabar de cerrar estos magníficos menús: un paseo por los [caminos de ronda](http://lloretdemar.org/es/que-hacer/actividades-activo-aventura) siguiendo aquellas [playas y calas](http://lloretdemar.org/es/que-hacer/playas),** desde donde, muchos años atrás, los pescadores, al amanecer, se adentraban en el mar para un nuevo día de pesca.
