Fue así como se transformaron en hoteleros y abrieron los primeros bares emblemáticos como “La Cuadra”. Es a partir de estos innovadores que en Lloret de Mar hay mucha gente implicada en los negocios de turismo, hostelería, viajes y otros trabajos relacionados con el movimiento, entretenimiento y dar motivos a los visitantes para volver año tras año Es evidente que el “Sol y Playa” esta implícito en el entorno de [Lloret de Mar](http://www.lloretdemar.org/info/?lang=2) y que los visitantes, en un principio, vienen por estos motivos, pero… hace falta aportar alguna cosa más para reforzar la venida de aquellos que año tras año vienen a Lloret. Por este motivo entra en funcionamiento este espíritu de visión de futuro, innovador y emprendedor que nombraba antes. Es por eso que los componentes de la [Asociación de Bares y Restaurante de Lloret](http://www.barsirestaurants.com/), la Asociación de Hosteleria y Lloret Turismo inician estas “Jornades Gastronomiques”, las del Arroz, en la primavera y en otoño las de “l’Art”. Porque la palabra mágica es “desestacionalizar”. Esta claro que los turistas ya vienen en verano, pero hemos de dar motivos para alargar la temporada y para ello se eligen dos productos que sean reconocidos y aceptados por el entorno. Por un lado se elige el arroz que es un producto suficientemente reconocido en todo el mundo y sobretodo en nuestra provincia con las plantaciones de la población de Pals. Además, el arroz es bondadoso con los complementos que se le añaden y se puede hacer tanto un “Arroz Marinero” como un “Arroz de montaña”, una Cabra de Mar, unas salchichas, pollo o cerdo e incluso nuevas tendencias culinarias como un Arroz de clorofila o un “Risotto”. En definitiva, las [Jornadas Gastronomitas del Arroz de Lloret](http://www.lloretdemar.org/info/event-agenda.jsp?elem=2010&telem=4) ya celebran sus diez años con un éxito más que remarcable y con innovaciones complementarias en cada nueva edición, esta es la formula del éxito, innovar y emprender en cada nueva edición con la motivación suficiente porque año tras año consiga más consumidores y motive a más visitantes a tener un motivo más para visitar y quedarse en Lloret de Mar.
