Desarrollado conjuntamente con la comunidad médica y profesionales del deporte se ofrece un nuevo concepto fácilmente asimilable y con múltiples beneficios para la salud. Deporte para todos los públicos, destaca por su fácil y rápido aprendizaje y a su vez por la baja sensación de cansancio durante su práctica. **[Lloret de Mar ofrece todos los sábado salidas gratuitas](http://www.lloretdemar.org/info/event-agenda.jsp?elem=4617&telem=4)** en las cuales además de practicar este saludable deporte los monitores ayudan a descubrir el patrimonio natural de Lloret de Mar, realizando distitos circuitos por todo el entorno de Lloret. Cada sábado os esperamos a las 9h de la mañana en el [Museo del Mar de Lloret](http://www.lloretdemar.org/info/redirectorPagina.jsp?elem=271&telem=1), situado en el paseo marítimo.
