[![](https://blog.lloretdemar.org/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/DSC_16733.jpg?width=614&height=408&name=DSC_16733.jpg "DSC_1673")](https://blog.lloretdemar.org/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/DSC_16733.jpg?hsLang=es)Estos días, en los que el ambiente de verano ya despunta con fuerza, no evitéis la tentación de acercaros a la playa para disfrutar de los beneficios y la infección de optimismo y energía que aportan estos primeres rayos de sol. Aprovechad estos esplendidos días de primavera que invitan al paseo y a disfrutar de las actividades al aire libre, y ahora, en [Lloret de Mar](http://lloretdemar.org/es/), también de nuestra excelente gastronomía. Del 1 al 31 de mayo, iniciamos una nueva edición de las [Jornadas Gastronómicas del Arroz](http://lloretdemar.org/es/lloret-de-mar/informacion-util/gastronomia/297-jornadas-gastronomicas-del-arroz) y os animamos a dejaros llevar por el placer de la buena cocina deleitando vuestros sentidos con las más de 30 propuestas culinarias que nos presentan los diferentes restaurantes de Lloret de Mar. En las cartas, pez, marisco, verduras y otros alimentos tradicionales de la dieta mediterránea se fusionan con el arroz, ingrediente principal de este reconocimiento a los productos de la tierra y el mar, sorprendiendo a sus comensales con originales propuestas como el arroz de Ruixim, el arroz “brut” o el arroz del señorito; combinadas con receptas más tradicionales, pero exquisitas, como el arroz de langosta o arroz caldoso, conocidos y valorados internacionalmente.
